I think that the other day I had a panic attack bc I was really shaky.... Ouuu storytimeiish .
On Thursday I think I had a panic attack but idk why and we were doing something for asl (stations) and my ex and me were in the same group and he kept saying ""she hasn't signed for the last 3 stations" and I'm Ike wtf bc he saw that I wasn't ok so the fact that he said that was stupid. but yeah. I ended up going in the hallway and started crying then the teacher came out to ask what happend but I didn't know so she sent me to the nurse. Im just thankful that my wifeu was in that class with me. Also huzz was in my group and he asked If was okkkk but I could barley answer so yeah... (its late as fck)
